Notice
As of April 25th 2011- Act 90 of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania permits townships to with hold the issuance
of any type of permit including building permits – to
any property owner that is delinquent with any payment
of taxes or sanitary sewer charges or who owes the
township any money for fines or liens.
YOU MAY BE ASKED TO VERIFY THAT ALL TOWNSHIP OWED
PAYMENTS OR ASSESSMENTS ARE CURRENT PRIOR TO THE
ISSUANCE OF ANY PERMIT.
Please remember that penalties will be assessed if
building is started without first having a permit
issued.
